The continuous development of your skills and professional knowledge is part of our program. That is why we continuously offer in-house training courses, as well as the opportunity to attend training courses in external educational institutions.
starlim actively support team members wishing to develop themselves further, both personally or professionally. Internal training programs allow you to expand and improve your technical skills at regular intervals and thus increase your development opportunities in the company. External training series are offered and promoted for specialist training as well as for personal development and the development of leadership skills.
Employees who have already been with us for many years can also benefit from retraining programs and, for example, catch up on the apprenticeship or undergo additional training.
